01 / DATA

STATE WHAT IS KNOWN.

Product and vehicle values are carried at SKU level wherever supplied and validated.

02 / EVIDENCE

FLAG WHAT NEEDS REVIEW.

Brake clearance, modified suspension and regional vehicle differences can require additional evidence.

03 / CONTROL

KEEP CONTEXT WITH THE ORDER.

Selected vehicle, configuration and rule result travel with the transaction for final review.

6061-T6 / FORGED MANUFACTURING

12 stages.
One continuous structure.

From selected 6061 aluminum bar to a CNC-finished wheel blank, each stage controls material flow, strength and dimensional accuracy. The confirmed drawing, application review and inspection plan govern the final order.

  1. 01 / MATERIAL

    6061 aluminum selection

Heat-treatable 6061 aluminum bar provides the base material for the forged wheel.

  2. 02 / PREPARATION

    Billet cutting

The long bar is precision-sawn into cylindrical billets sized for the wheel specification and target mass.

  3. 03 / LOGISTICS

    Automated transfer

Roller conveyors move each billet consistently to the heating and forging stations.

  4. 04 / TEMPERATURE

    Controlled preheating

The billet enters the forging temperature window to improve plasticity, reduce press resistance and avoid cracking.

  5. 05 / PRESS FORCE

    10,000-ton forging

High pressure compacts the internal structure and establishes continuous metal-flow lines.

  6. 06 / MATERIAL FLOW

    Pre-forging

Initial compression distributes material and creates a foundation close to the wheel's structural form.

  7. 07 / FORMING

    Final-die forging

Precision dies form the disc, rim and transition zones to the specified near-net blank profile.

  8. 08 / OPENING

    Center punching

The center or process opening is punched to remove excess material and prepare the blank for spinning and fixturing.

  9. 09 / RIM CONTROL

    Cold spinning

Forming rollers extend the rim barrel while controlling diameter, width and wall thickness.

  10. 10 / HEAT TREATMENT

    T6 heat treatment

Solution treatment, quenching and artificial aging improve strength, hardness, toughness and dimensional stability.

  11. 11 / FORGED BLANK

    Structural blank

After heat treatment, the blank carries the fundamental wheel geometry and mechanical properties.

  12. 12 / PRECISION

    Automated machining

Robotic handling and CNC machining finish the bores, faces, mounting holes and structural features.
