01 / BEFORE DISPATCH

Configuration review

Every wheel is made to order. Typical production time is 7–15 days after the exact specification is approved. Missing brake, suspension or regional vehicle information can pause production and dispatch until clarified.

02 / DELIVERY OPTIONS

Ocean delivery, Air Express and tracking

Production and inspection come first. Standard Ocean DDP is included for eligible destinations, with estimated transit of 25–60 days after dispatch. Where available, Air Express is estimated at 7–15 days after dispatch; its current market-and-chargeable-weight surcharge is shown on product and cart pages. Final availability is confirmed before payment. Tracking follows carrier acceptance.

03 / ARRIVAL

Inspect before installation

Inspect every carton and wheel before mounting a tire. Photograph visible carton damage, labels and the affected product before installation.

04 / DDP COVERAGE

Included delivery and destination exceptions

For eligible destinations, the displayed market price includes Standard Ocean DDP delivery to the confirmed address. Remote areas and unsupported destinations require review. Dorimm does not collect a second import-duty charge at checkout for this included service.
