These Terms of Service govern use of dorimm.com and purchases made through the store. Dorimm maintains administrative operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China operations described in the Contact Information policy. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from the store. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.

Products and pricing

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, wheel prices are per wheel. Product availability, specifications and prices may change. Dorimm corrects genuine listing errors and may contact you before accepting or fulfilling an affected order. Images represent finish and form, but lighting, screens and normal production variation can affect appearance.

Vehicle and fitment information

Fitment results are dimensional candidates, not an unconditional guarantee. A matching PCD alone does not establish compatibility. Center bore, diameter, width, offset, load requirement, brake profile, fasteners, suspension, body clearance, tire selection and regional vehicle specification can all affect installation.

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle year, make, model, generation, trim, brake package and modification information. Dorimm may request measurements, photographs or other evidence and may pause or decline fulfillment when the available information is incomplete or indicates a safety concern.

Orders and acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Shopify or Dorimm provides confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfillment. Dorimm may cancel or contact you about an order affected by inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, unsafe or unresolved fitment, unavailable configuration or legal restriction. Any amount collected for a cancelled item will be handled through the original payment method.

Installation and use

Wheels must be test-fitted before tires are mounted and installed by a qualified professional using compatible hardware and the vehicle manufacturer's torque requirements. Stop use and obtain professional inspection after significant impact, cracking, bending, air loss or unexpected vibration. Motorsport and off-road use may carry additional risk and may not be lawful for road use in every region.

Intellectual property and site use

Dorimm site content, branding, product presentation, code and editorial material may not be copied, scraped, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorized access.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Dorimm is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, unauthorized modification, incompatible hardware, improper installation, misuse or failure to stop using a visibly damaged wheel.

Changes and contact

Dorimm may update these terms prospectively. The version available when an order is submitted applies to that order unless law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent through the Contact page or to sales@dorimm.com.
